Park Manager - Country Breeze RV Park

Country Breeze RV Park, a peaceful and well-maintained RV park nestled in the heart of Somerset, TX, is seeking an experienced and dedicated RV Park Manager to oversee all aspects of our daily operations.

The RV Park Manager will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of Country Breeze RV Park, ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests. This role requires a hands-on approach to operations, strong leadership abilities, and excellent customer service skills.

• Ensuring happy guests: Handle reservations, check-ins, and make sure everyone has a great stay.
• Keeping things running: Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and keep the park looking its best.
• Leading our team: Manage and support park staff.
• Managing the money: Help with budgeting and processing payments.
• Spreading the word: Assist with marketing to attract new visitors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in RV park, campground, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of maintenance, utilities (electrical, plumbing, sewer), and groundskeeping.
• Proficiency in computer software, including reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call for emergencies.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local area attractions in Somerset and surrounding areas is a plus.
• Experience with on-site living arrangements (e.g., provided RV site) is a significant advantage.
