CNA / HHA / Caregiver - In-Home Private Duty

Pay: $17–$21/hour + Employee Referral Bonus
Location: Waldorf, Upper Marlboro, Laurel, Bowie, Beltsville, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting

• Provide companionship and mobility support

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Accompany clients to appointments or errands

• Document daily activities and report changes in conditio

✅ Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• 2+ year of experience in private-duty, agency, or facility care

• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Must pass employment verification, background check, and reference check

Preferred Qualifications

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification

• Alzheimer’s/dementia care experience

• Ability to work independently and with professionals
