LMW is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive IT support and contribute to the continuous optimization of the organization’s internal systems and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on IT support capabilities with a strong interest in process automation, AI driven solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day IT support for PCs, laptops, printers/copiers, phone systems, networks, and general IT hardware/software.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, connectivity, and end-user devices.
    • Perform systems maintenance tasks, including patching servers and PCs, monitoring system performance, and ensuring infrastructure availability.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical incidents and support infrastructure upgrades.
    • Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal platforms and systems with emphasis on security, usability, and operational efficiency.
    • Participate in IT security initiatives, including endpoint protection, access management, backup procedures, and monitoring activities.
    • Contribute to the design and implementation of automation workflows and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
    • Support digital transformation projects involving AI-driven technologies, workflow optimization, and intelligent automation models.
    • Participate in initiatives related to AI models, automation frameworks, and internal innovation projects aimed at enhancing business productivity and data management.
    • Assist in documenting IT procedures, automation processes, and technical guidelines.
    • Provide user training and guidance on internal systems, automation tools, and IT best practices when required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  •  Preferably 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows-based operating systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2022 and Active Directory
  • Proficiency in Office 365
  • Understanding of information security principles
  • Familiarity with backup solutions (considered a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of MS-SQL or other database environments (considered a plus)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
