As LNHA, youll oversee the day-to-day operations of the 52-bed nursing home, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. Youll lead with heart and strategy, advancing the mission and core values of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest. This includes driving performance in the areas of:
- Employee engagement
- Quality assurance
- Mission effectiveness
- Stewardship
You will develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that support a positive, compliant, and resident-centered environment.
The campus includes a 90-unit assisted living community which is under the leadership of a Licensed Assisted Living Director.
What you will need:
- MN - Nursing Home Administrator License (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Long Term Care, Management, Human Services, or related (Required
- 5+ years of experience in a Long-Term Care Administrator position (Preferred)
