About this role:
As a Family Medicine Oncology Survivorship Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. As a Family Medicine Oncology Survivorship Physician, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to oncology patients transitioning into and navigating through the survivorship phase of their healthcare journey. In this role, you will:
- Serve as acoordinator of care, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among specialists, primary care providers, and support services.
- Monitor forrecurrenceand managelong-term physical and psychological effectsof cancer and its treatment.
- Address and manageco-morbid conditionsthat may impact survivorship.
- Promotehealthy behaviorsand implementpreventive care strategiesto support long-term wellness.
- Provide patient-centered care that emphasizeseducation, empowerment, and quality of life.
This role requires a compassionate, proactive approach to care, with a strong emphasis on continuity, prevention, and holistic support.
This position includes a$18,750.00 sign-on bonus,$15,000in relocation assistance, stipend and$75,000in student loan repayment when applicable
- You will practice at Cancer Centers of Colorado - St. Marys Regional Hospital at 750 Wellington Ave., Grand Junction, CO 81501
- You will work 3 days in the clinic at .75 FTE

What youll bring:
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency training in Family Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Experience working with Oncology patients as a Survivorship physician
- Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
