BBSI is hiring at Michael Kors Distribution Center at the border of South El Monte, City of Industry, and Whittier, CA!!

CHERRY PICKER OPERATORS NEEDED!

SHIFT DAYS: Monday- Friday + OT on Saturdays

SHIFT HOURS:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am- 2:30pm + OT= Earlier start time
  • $19.50/hour
• 2nd shift: 3:00pm- 11:30pm + OT up to 2 hours after
  • $20.50/hour

Job Title: Equipment Operator II – Cherry Picker Operator

Your role at Michael Kors:

The Equipment Operator II reports to Distribution Center Lead/Supervisor. This member of the Distribution Center team operates lift equipment and performs various general warehouse duties. The individual must have the ability to meet production standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following:

• Operates stock/cherry picker in and around warehouse

• Loads and unloads shipments, pallets, etc.

• Pulls product from the warehouse for shipment to the stores

• Elevates and pulls cartons using an order picker on a racking system

• Places shipments on racking systems

• Operates Radio Frequency device

• Wraps orders on pallet for shipment

• Other duties as assigned

• Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs., push and or pull up to 50 lbs. and ability to stand/walk for 8 to 10 hours.

We’re excited about you if you have:

• Preferred six months of experience operating a Raymond stock/cherry picker

• Prior warehouse or distribution experience

• Proven experience using RF scanners

• Ability to work overtime as deemed necessary by management

• Ability to work weekends

• Ability to speak Spanish is preferred
