Sourcing Specialist (Seasonal)

Position Summary:

As a Seasonal Sourcing Specialist, you’ll support our recruiting efforts by sourcing, screening, and engaging qualified candidates for a variety of roles across industries. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and our clients to build strong talent pipelines and support successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), and other platforms

• Review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and maintain accurate records in our ATS (Bullhorn)

• Manage open job orders and keep postings updated

• Send recruiting emails, texts, and follow-ups to engage applicants

• Assist with onboarding coordination and start date scheduling

• Reconnect with past applicants for new opportunities

• Track sourcing metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire)

Requirements:

• Experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role

• Familiarity with ATS systems (Bullhorn preferred)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks

• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• $23.00 – $26.00 per hour (Based on experience)
