Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at a Level III Trauma Center in Washington State, with Epic experience required and first-time travelers welcome.

  • Short-term acute care hospital setting at a Level III Trauma Center with 104 staffed beds
  • \n
  • MRI unit with a 1:1 patient ratio
  • \n
  • 4x10 hour day shifts from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM
  • \n
  • On-call is required, including shared weekday nights and possible rotating weekend coverage
  • \n
  • Charting is performed in Epic (required)
  • \n
  • No floating between units within this assignment; however, travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state
  • \n
Requirements\n
    \n
  • Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
  • \n
  • National Registry in MRI (ARRT-MR) required
  • \n
  • Washington State DOH MRI Certification required
  • \n
  • Epic EMR proficiency required
  • \n
  • WA State MRI Tech license required if applicable
  • \n
  • At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
  • \n
  • Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
  • \n
Additional Information\n
    \n
  • First-time travelers are eligible to be considered for this position
  • \n
  • Former permanent staff at this facility must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
  • \n
  • Travelers who refuse to float between facilities within the state may risk termination of their assignment
  • \n
  • Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position
  • \n
  • Scrubs of any color are accepted
  • \n
  • No parking fee at this facility
  • \n
