ProKatchers is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Tuba City, Arizona.

Shift: 4/10 hour days and RDO may fluctuate. Shifts can start at 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am or 12:00 pm, weekdays and weekend shifts could be assigned.
\n\nWork Experience:\nPharmacist is responsible for providing a comprehensive pharmacy and medication management service to patients and ensures a consistent level of service in accordance to TCRHCC policies. Direct patient care and services are provided to neo-natal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients\n\nA minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Registered Pharmacist;\n\nA minimum of one (1) year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.\n\n \n\nEducation:
\nDoctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education\n\n \n\nLicense:
\nMust have a current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a State of AZ\n\n \n\nCertifications:
\nBLS/CPR Certification.
