Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Arab, AL, 35016. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. • Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent and technical certification in maintenance or related field are required.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
