Job Description

A well-established and highly regarded real estate investment and development firm is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of luxury multifamily residential properties in NYC.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between ownership, residents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through clear, professional communication.
  • Oversee day-to-day building operations with a focus on service quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead contract negotiation and vendor management for services including HVAC, janitorial, pest control, and landscaping.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Manage and develop on-site teams, including leasing, administrative, and maintenance staff.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of property management experience, including oversight of rent-regulated and LIHTC units in NYC.
  • Strong working knowledge of building operations, residential compliance, and NYC housing regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi or similar software preferred.
  • NYC Real Estate License
  • Experience managing high-end multifamily assets is highly desireable.
