Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Proficient in conducting assessments and analyzing student progress
Location:
- Indianapolis, IN
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student achievements
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions in a supportive classroom environment
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a coordinated approach to student care
