Schools - Speech Language Pathologist

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Proficient in conducting assessments and analyzing student progress

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student achievements
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Conduct group and individual therapy sessions in a supportive classroom environment
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a coordinated approach to student care
