Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time or part-time School Psychologist position is available for the current school year within a K-12 setting in Mechanicsburg, PA. This contract role offers an opportunity to work directly with students across all grade levels, supporting their academic, emotional, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support school-wide initiatives
- Assist in crisis intervention and behavioral management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with children in K-12 educational settings
- Strong assessment and counseling skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
