Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought to provide specialized services within a K-12 school setting in Crescent, OK. This contract position spans the current school year and focuses on delivering therapeutic support to pediatric students with speech and language needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with K-12 school environments and protocols
- Strong assessment and intervention skills tailored for school-aged children
- Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student communication goals
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Implement evidence-based interventions to support communication development
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies as necessary
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate student services
