Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist opportunity is available for the upcoming school year, serving K-12 students in a dynamic educational environment located in Aurora, Nebraska. This contract position offers the chance to impact student success through comprehensive psychological services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and assessments for K-12 students
- Manage a full K-12 caseload, providing timely and thorough psychological assessments
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop appropriate interventions and supports
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and assist in monitoring student progress
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with district and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure appropriate for K-12 settings
- Experience conducting assessments and evaluations within a school environment
- Strong knowledge of educational and psychological testing methods
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases effectively throughout the school year
