Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist opportunity is available to support K-12 students in a Bethlehem, PA school setting. This contract position runs through the school year with a start date as soon as possible and extends through June 18, 2025. Multiple openings exist to serve both elementary and secondary students.
Responsibilities include conducting evaluations and assessments to inform Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and provide specialized support for approximately 50 students on each caseload. The role requires collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create effective strategies that enhance academic and social-emotional outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure applicable to K-12 settings
- Experience with psychoeducational assessments and IEP development
- Ability to manage a substantial caseload efficiently while providing detailed and timely reports
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, families, and school staff
- Familiarity with state and federal educational regulations and psychological practices
Location: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Duration: School year, with exact end date June 18, 2025
