Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Electrical Engineering department, including project assignments, staffing, and mentoring
• Lead electrical design efforts for power distribution, lighting, controls, and other building systems
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, architects, and other disciplines
• Oversee QA/QC reviews, code compliance, and project documentation
• Develop and maintain department standards, workflows, and budgets
• Support business development efforts and proposal preparation when needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 8+ years of electrical design experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional projects
• Prior leadership, project management, or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NYS codes, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software
