Job Title: Implement Product Specialist
Wage Range: Salaried + Commission
$75k - $115k Annually. Total compensation includes salary, commission, and target incentives.

Job Summary:
The Tractor Implement Product Specialist - will contact perspective customers through incoming internet leads and direct calls while developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers with the goal of selling agricultural 3-point attachments from QA branded Dirt-Dog and QA 3-Pt attachments to end users.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned):
- Identifies prospective and current customers through company provided contact lists.
- Builds and maintains relationships with prospective and current customers.
- Recommend products to customers based on customer’s specific needs.
- Answers questions about products, prices, durability, and credit terms.
- Provides quotes, negotiates prices, prepares, and submits orders.
- Maintains product knowledge on current products.
- Obtain proper payment information needed by the finance department to collect payments on sales with terms approved by management.
- Communicate with customers on delivery, financial obligation and follow-up calls.
- Maintain proper information on all leads and customers in the current CRM system.
- Completes 30-50 calls per day.
- Receives all new incoming internet leads and calls that are 3-pt tractor related.
- Online sales management.
- Collaborates with marketing on product information.
- Actively participates in a variety of sales and professional development training.
- Maintains an exceptional brand standard while following the company mission.
- Supports and conforms to Quality Management System requirements as defined by CEG and ISO 9001:2015.

Education and/or Experience:
- A business degree is required in marketing or equivalent experience in sales and marketing.
- Preferably 1-2 years of sales experience; 1 year of experience with the company
- Maintain $600k annually in sales or discretionary by VP of Sales.
- Strong communications and interpersonal capabilities
- Smart and exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong computer skills and preferably experience with CRM systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Integrity that is above reproach
