• Perform and validate a variety of complex laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, blood bank, and microbiology

• Analyze and report accurate test results to assist in diagnosis and treatment

• Maintain quality control procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment

• Document and maintain clear, accurate records within the Laboratory Information System (LIS)

• Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field

• ASCP certification (MT, MLS, or MLT) required

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical setting

• Prior hospital or reference lab experience preferred but not required (varies by role)
