University of Michigan affiliated hospital/cancer center in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking
Board Eligible/Certified Hematology/Oncology physicians for locum tenens coverage while their search for full-time/permanent providers remains ongoing.
The ideal candidate is actively licensed in Michigan and able to cover a minimum of two weeks per month. Shifts are 8a-5p, Monday-Friday, and include include clinic, rounding, and call coverage from 5p-8a.One weekend of call per month is required, 5p Friday-8am Monday. Our client is seeking a minimum one year commitment. Here you will be seeing on avg, 17-20 patients/day. EMR is EPIC. There is a full complement of ancillary support staff and programs, and a multi-displinary approach is taken. Support from an expansive cancer network and large primary care referral network is available. This is an outstanding opportunity offering competitive compensation (1099), paid travel, lodging, and medical malpractice coverage.
