Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Provider to deliver high-quality mental health and substance use services across an assigned department. This role includes individual and group therapy, family support, community education, case management, and crisis intervention as needed. As part of our physician-owned and operated team, you'll benefit from a supportive environment that allows you to focus on what matters most—your patients. Applicants must hold or be in the process of obtaining an active LICSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of West Virginia.

This role includes individual and group therapy, family support, community education, case management, and crisis intervention as needed. Applicants must hold or be in the process of obtaining an active LICSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of West Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy to patients
- Support families through counseling and education
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives
- Deliver case management and coordinate care plans
- Offer crisis intervention and support services as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using EMR/EHR systems
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (option for 8- or 10-hour shifts).
- No weekends or on-call.
Qualifications
- Active or in-process LICSW, LPC, or LMFT license in West Virginia
- Experience working with adults; comfort working with children and adolescents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
- Passion for improving mental health outcomes and making a positive impact
