Shifts Available

1st Shift: 7am - 3pm, Monday - Friday

2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm, Monday - Friday

3rd Shift: 11pm - 7am, Sunday - Thursday

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their work.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
• Conduct quality inspections on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels and quality metrics.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in training new employees on manufacturing procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
