Job Title: Nurse Manager - Sterile Processing (SPT)
Duration of Assignment: Permanent
Location: Ashtabula, OH
Shift: Day shift
Salary Range:
- Hourly: $46.00 (plus/minus based on experience)
- Annual: $95,680
Start Date: Immediate
Job Duties:
- Oversee the Sterile Processing Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Supervise and manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and manage department budgets, maintaining financial efficiency.
- Ensure proper sterilization, inventory management, and availability of supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care and operational flow.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures and adherence to safety protocols.
- Foster professional growth and development among staff members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS certifications required.
- TNCC certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in an acute care facility or sterile processing area required.
