Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, (Night Shift) rotating weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 with a 2-year commitment
Relocation: None
Salary Range: $56,160 - $85,280

Job Duties:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, collecting specimens, and performing clinical treatments.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, and families.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, and referrals.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans tailored to their needs and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Alabama.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification Preferred.
