Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant
Duration of assignment: Permanent, Full-Time
Location:  Lake Mills, WI 53551
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week)
Sign-on Bonus: $7,500
Relocation Package: None
Salary Range: $39,520 - $49,920
Start Date: ASAP

Job Duties:

• Provide clinical support by preparing and maintaining patient records
• Prepare patients for exams, procedures, and treatments under the direction of physicians or other healthcare providers
• Interact with patients to ensure smooth clinic flow and ensure timely care
• Assist with patient care as directed by physicians or nursing staff
• Perform routine clinical tasks such as vital signs, lab specimen collection, and basic medical procedures
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies and procedures
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the clinic environment for optimal patient care
• Ensure optimal patient experience through clear communication and patient care support
• Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic management

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a healthcare clinic setting
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) required
• Must be registered with the State of Wisconsin
