A leading and well-established podiatric care group in the Northeast is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Podiatrist to join its growing team in North Babylon, NY. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on delivering comprehensive lower extremity care using the latest medical advancements and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of foot and ankle conditions
- Perform in-office procedures and surgeries as appropriate
- Prescribe medications, orthotics, and other therapeutic devices
- Utilize evidence-based medicine and best practices in treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EHR systems
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
- Serve as an advocate for patients within the healthcare system
- Stay current with advancements in podiatric medicine and surgical techniques
- Participate in clinical education, workshops, and peer discussions
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical standards
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Promote a culture of respect, trust, and teamwork

Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in podiatric medicine (DPM)
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Board certified or board eligible
- Active, unrestricted medical license
- Minimum 3 years of post-residency experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic, procedural, and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and clinical excellence
