Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance

• Hire, train, and develop management and hourly team members

• Monitor financial performance, manage costs, and drive profitability

• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and food quality standards

• Foster a positive team culture and build community relationships to grow the business

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet performance targets

• Demonstrated financial and business acumen

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel occasionally, including overnight

• Food Safety Manager Certification or willingness to obtain
