Clinic + Call ENT Physician Locums to Permanent Job in Alabama Seeking Candidates Interested in Possible Permanent Placement

Jackson and Coker is partnered with a Health System in central Alabama that is seeking ENT coverage. Are you available?

Locums Need:
Seeking full-time clinic/OR weekday coverage + night/weekend call coverage at a 1:3 ratio starting ASAP
Also open to candidates that are interested in entering a direct contract after doing a few months of locums coverage

Work Schedule:
Clinic is Monday-Thursday from 8APM - 4:30PM, Friday from 8AM - 12PM
OR/scheduled surgeries are done Monday-Friday from 7:30AM-3PM
Current call rotation is 1:2 - will be 1:3 with a new provider

Details for Assignment :
- Seeking candidates that have an active Alabama medical license and/or are active with the IMLC
- Will need an Alabama DEA + CSR
- General ENT + up to level 3 trauma
- Clinic: 30-40 PPD split between providers, an average of 10-15 scopes/in office procedures per day (no mid-level support in the clinic)
- Scheduled procedures are done either in the hospital or ambulatory surgery center, average of 4-5 cases done per procedure day
- Night / weekend call coverage will include attached + ED patients, will see an average of 7 PPD in the hospital while rounding, etc.
- Group information: current 2 physician team at this location, 1 inpatient based PA + 1 Audiologist
- Facility details: 400+ bed facility, designated trauma center, Cerner EMR, 30-45 credentialing period (if you have a license + CSR/DEA in AL)
