Echo Canyon Electric makes every effort to create a modern, comfortable workplace environment to encourage job satisfaction and productivity.\r\nElectrical Foreman Job Description:\r\n•\tLeads the work of journey level Electricians and trades helpers and is responsible for, and participates in the repair, maintenance, inspection, and installation of systems and journey level crafts projects\r\n•\tAssigns and inspects the work of Electricians and trades helpers; initiates corrective actions to secure satisfactory standards and timely project completion\r\nElectrical Foreman Job Responsibilities:\r\n•\tPlans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules, and procedures for equipment maintenance\r\n•\tMaintains time, payroll, and material records, and submits reports\r\n•\tDetermines material and labor estimates\r\n•\tAssists in performance evaluation process\r\n•\tParticipates in maintenance, repair, and installation duties in the trades\r\n•\tBuild lasting relationships with owners and GC\r\n•\tEnforce ECE safety program and company polices and processors\r\nElectrical Foreman Job Requirements:\r\n•\tKnowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the trade\r\n•\tKnowledge of all applicable codes, standards, and regulations\r\n•\tSkilled in installation, repair, and maintenance of all systems and assignments common to the trade\r\n•\tSkilled in estimating time and material requirements for work projects\r\n•\tSkilled in leading the work activities of self and other\r\n•\tSkilled in both verbal and written communication\r\n•\tExperienced with layout of backhoe and underground conduit installation\r\n•\tCurrent AZ driver’s license\r\nElectrical Foreman Job Compensation:\r\n•\tPay is dependent on experience\r\nEmployee Benefits:\r\n•\tPaid Holidays – Six paid Holidays per year to enjoy personal time away from work\r\n•\tVacation Pay – One week’s paid vacation after one year of service with the company.\r\n•\tSick Pay – Employees earn one hour of paid sick time for every 30 hours worked at their regular pay rate.\r\n\r\n•\tMedical Insurance – We offer a PPO medical plan, which allows you to choose your own doctors.
