We’re looking for a Personal Lines Insurance CSR who thrives in a client-first culture, is detail-oriented, and enjoys building lasting relationships while helping clients protect what matters most.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to expert for our personal lines clients—working closely with our Account Executives to deliver exceptional service that’s fast, friendly, and thorough.
Your day-to-day includes:
- Responding to client requests and correspondence within 24 hours
- Processing insurance documents (binders, endorsements, ID cards, COIs, etc.)
- Handling policy changes, renewals, and claims support with accuracy and care
- Preparing new and renewal applications; rating and underwriting support
- Keeping client files organized and up to date in our management system
- Maintaining proactive communication with clients and producers
- Following agency procedures on billing, collections, and compliance
- Staying current on industry updates and product knowledge

Must-Haves:
- 3–5 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance (personal lines)
- Active Resident P&C Producer License
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (comfortable with Microsoft Office & Adobe)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, responsive, and proactive
- Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team environments
- Client-focused mindset with a knack for solving problems
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience with HawkSoft
- Enjoy learning and sharing best practices
- Have previous commercial experience as well
