Essential Job Duties:The primary purpose of this position is to evaluate the economic feasibility of potential food waste valorization strategies. This involves applying TEA and GIS to assess the cost-effectiveness, scalability, and market potential of converting food waste into value-added products. The position will support decision-making by identifying the most promising pathways from both economic and sustainability perspectives, and by highlighting trade-offs between costs and environmental benefits.
