Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy practices and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This position involves working with patients of various ages, including adolescent and geriatrics, to help them recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve their overall physical function.

Duties

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote healing.
• Monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, exercises, and home health strategies.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions for patients leaving care.

Skills
