Location: Tuscaloosa County Jail
Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Alternating Weekends
Compensation: Starting at $38/hr + Shift Differential + Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead nursing care delivery during your shift

• Coordinate with providers and facility leadership

• Respond to emergencies and perform clinical assessments

• Administer medications and treatments within RN scope

• Supervise and support LPNs and Med Techs (as applicable)

• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation

• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies
