Seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Food and Nutritional Services to lead and manage a dynamic team in a hospital setting. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations, clinical nutrition services, and dietary compliance ensuring high-quality care, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all food service operations including patient dining, cafeteria, catering, and clinical nutrition support

• Establish departmental goals and ensure alignment with hospital-wide quality and patient satisfaction initiatives

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards (including TJC and HIPAA)

• Manage departmental budget, including food procurement, supply ordering, and payroll

• Hire, train, and mentor staff while fostering a collaborative team culture

• Monitor quality and sanitation metrics and participate in facility-wide quality improvement efforts

• Work closely with dietitians and other departments to ensure effective therapeutic and clinical nutrition services

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Foods, Nutrition, or Food Service Administration (Master s preferred)

• Completion of an accredited dietetic internship

• Registered Dietitian with current Missouri license (if applicable)

• 1 3 years of leadership/management experience in a clinical or food service setting

• Strong skills in communication, budgeting, team leadership, and food safety

• Passion for patient-centered care and service excellence
