Operating at the intersection of finance and technology, they are tackling the inefficiencies of a traditionally manual and fragmented industry by building fully programmatic solutions that streamline complex regulatory and operational workflows. The team is composed of experienced professionals from leading fintech and technology firms and is backed by notable investors and industry leaders.

The company is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of critical user experiences across their platform. This includes internal tools for loan officers and embeddable components for customer-facing applications. This role will also take ownership of brand design and contribute directly to the company’s design culture.

This is an opportunity to work on highly technical, regulatory-intensive problems while delivering user experiences that are elegant, intuitive, and scalable. The right candidate is passionate about simplifying complexity and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

• Design core product experiences for internal dashboards and external borrower tools

• Drive projects from early concept to final polished UI

• Translate complex, technical workflows into intuitive user experiences

• Own and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across the platform

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the design and development cycle

• Uphold high standards of quality, precision, and usability

• Contribute to product and company strategy with a strong design perspective

• Help establish a design-driven culture within a fast-moving, ambitious team

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or infrastructure platforms

• Strong portfolio showcasing both UX clarity and refined UI craftsmanship

• Experience working in regulated or technically complex domains

• Expertise in Figma and proficiency with modern prototyping tools, including AI-based tools

• Proven collaboration with engineering and product teams

• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and rationale

• Experience maintaining and scaling a design system

• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area or New York City
