Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner - Dr Ochaney

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 1 year experience in either Primary Care or Internal Medicine to join our healthcare team. This is a 40 hour per week, full-time job. Hours are 9am- 5pm, Monday- Friday

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and treatments.
• Provide patient education and counseling.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Maintaining current licensure and current medical education credits as required by Maryland State Law.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience in Internal Medicine/ Primary care
• Current Maryland license and Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Maryland CDS (Controlled drug substance), DEA License.

Scope of Practice: Provide comprehensive care for patients ages 18 and over. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to adult patients, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic illnesses. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, emphasizing patient education and wellness. Benefits:
