Warehouse/Bagger

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Bagger is responsible for efficiently and accurately bagging, packaging, and labeling products in a warehouse or distribution center. This role supports the logistics and inventory teams by ensuring products are properly prepared for shipping or storage according to company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, bag, and package products as per order requirements

• Inspect items for quality and report damaged or defective products

• Label packages clearly and accurately

• Follow safety and hygiene standards during the bagging and packing process

• Maintain clean and organized workstations

• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as tape guns, sealers, or scales

• Assist with loading/unloading and moving packed items to staging areas

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals

• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or packaging experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to stand, lift, and move up to 50 lbs for extended periods

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Good communication and teamwork skills
