We are looking for a skillful person that is be able to execute with a high degree of success in integrating and/or solving problems in environments rich in Windows Server, Exchange, cloud infrastructure (M365), networking, firewalls, backup systems and more. The more truly capable the engineer is in all these areas, the higher the utility value.

What You’ll Do
Save the Day: Use your networking prowess to manage and troubleshoot TCP/IP subnets, gateways, firewalls, and servers.

Microsoft Maestro: Show off your expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Intune, and Microsoft Entra.

Tech Guru: Install, maintain, and upgrade servers and network infrastructure.

Continuous Learner: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest tech trends and certifications.

Team Player: Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals who are always ready to lend a hand.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: You’ve worked at a small company, understand how to manage tickets, are capable of going to client sites, and are ready for a new challenge.

Skills: Strong understanding of basic networking, including TCP/IP subnets, gateways, firewall installation, and server maintenance.

Microsoft Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft 365, Windows Intune, and Microsoft Entra.

Certifications: Microsoft-centric certifications are a big plus!

Aptitude: A natural knack for learning and adapting to new technologies.

Attitude: Positive, proactive, and ready to make a difference.

Compensation
Starting Salary of 55k – 65k. Can be negotiated within that range based on experience, as well as advancement opportunities. PTO, 100% company paid health care benefits plus savings plan, 401K retirement plan. A car allowance will be given as your responsibilities develop
