Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a dynamic educational setting. This full-semester contract position is based in Aurora, IL, and offers the chance to apply your expertise in behavior analysis to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct prehensive behavioral assessments to identify student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure consistent support.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on behavior management techniques.
