Schools - Behavior Specialist

Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support high school students in Redwood City, CA, for a full semester contract. This role involves implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies with a caseload consisting of 1:1 and group sessions, focusing on behavioral interventions to promote positive student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA services to high school students based on individualized treatment plans
• Conduct 1:1 and group interventions to address behavioral goals
• Collect and document data to monitor student progress and treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with supervisors and educational staff to adjust strategies as needed
• Ensure compliance with ethical and procedural guidelines in service delivery
• Participate in trainings and meetings to enhance professional skills

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
• Ability to manage both individual and group behavioral sessions effectively
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Reliable and committed to a full semester contract duration
