Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a high school caseload in San Jose, CA. This role involves delivering behavioral interventions in both 1:1 and group settings to students, ensuring adherence to individualized client billing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision according to RBT protocols.
  • Work directly with high school students in 1:1 and group environments.
  • Accurately document and maintain client billing information.
  • Collaborate with clinical and educational teams to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
  • Attend training and supervision sessions as required to maintain certification standards.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with high school students in behavioral or educational settings.
  • Ability to manage both individual and group caseloads effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to billing and documentation accuracy.
