Job Description
Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a high school caseload in San Jose, CA. This role involves delivering behavioral interventions in both 1:1 and group settings to students, ensuring adherence to individualized client billing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision according to RBT protocols.
- Work directly with high school students in 1:1 and group environments.
- Accurately document and maintain client billing information.
- Collaborate with clinical and educational teams to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
- Attend training and supervision sessions as required to maintain certification standards.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with high school students in behavioral or educational settings.
- Ability to manage both individual and group caseloads effectively.
