Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12 students within a dynamic school district. This contract-to-hire position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students educational and behavioral development across multiple district locations.

Location: Lowell, MA (multiple district-wide sites)
Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Duration: Immediate start through October 1st, with potential for extension

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement and monitor behavior support strategies.
  • Provide staff training and coaching to promote positive behavior supports within classroom settings.
  • Analyze student progress data to adjust interventions as necessary and ensure measurable outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) credential required.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in school settings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple caseloads across various school locations.
