Family Medicine Physician - FQHC

A New York City-based healthcare organization is actively seeking a licensed Family Medicine Physician to join their growing team at their Manhattan facility, managing comprehensive patient care and fitting within a mission-driven organization.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, some evenings available
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week or part-time minimum 16 hours
• Setting: Federally qualified health center

Responsibilities:

• Directing patient care for pediatric, adult, and prenatal patients
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
• Providing culturally sensitive care
• Supervising assigned staff and students
• Exploring growth opportunities such as running pediatric programs
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• M.D., D.O.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Experience in a Community Healthcare setting
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced Medical Degree
• Bilingual
• In-depth knowledge of Family Medicine
