\n As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will provide critical care for mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum. Your role involves monitoring fetal health, supporting mothers, and assisting in gynecological surgeries. You will work closely with an LPN, ensuring all patient needs are met in a collaborative environment. Flexibility is key, as you may float to other units if necessary.
