\n\nJob Description\n

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the NICU Level III unit will be responsible for providing high-quality care to neonatal patients, including micro preemies and those requiring high-frequency ventilation. The RN will float based on departmental needs among five hospitals within the healthcare system.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide care for patients in a Level III NICU setting, ensuring high standards of practice.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, administering treatments as required.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
\n
• Adhere to hospital policies and guidelines, including safety procedures.
\n
• Float to designated hospitals as needed and maintain flexibility in assignments.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• 2-3 years of experience in a Level III NICU setting.
\n
• Experience with micro preemies and high-frequency ventilation.
\n
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required.
\n
• Active NJ or Compact RN License required.
\n
• Epic experience preferred.
\n
