Position

The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will be responsible for delivering advanced injectable treatments and supporting our additional wellness endeavors. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in aesthetic medicine, a deep understanding of facial anatomy, and a refined aesthetic eye. You will work closely with our dermatology and cosmetic teams to deliver results that align with our practices reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Aesthetics

• Conductcomprehensive aesthetic consultations, assess facial structure, and develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Set realistic expectations, clearly explain treatment plans, and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Perform advanced injectable treatments includingneurotoxins (Botox, Dysport)anddermal fillers(Juvederm, Restylane, RHA, etc.).
• Provide PRP/PRF treatments as well as advanced laser services.
  
• Ensure patient comfort, minimize bruising and swelling, and use cutting edge techniques tailored to different facial areas.
• Educate patients on treatment expectations, post-care, and long-term maintenance strategies.
• Ensure all procedures are performed with the highest standards ofsafety, sterility, and artistry.
  
• Follow proper injection protocols, hygiene standards, and emergency procedures (such as handling vascular occlusions) to prioritize patient well-being.
• Maintainbefore-and-after photographyand detailed clinical documentation.
• Build ongoingpatient relationshipsthrough consistent care and follow-up.
• Explain sales, loyalty programs, and at-home skincare regimens/products available at REN.

Wellness

• Learn to administer or currently administerGLP-1 weight loss injections(i.e., Semaglutide, Tirzepatide) and monitor patient progress.
• Conductinitial consultations, review labs, and collaborate with supervising providers on treatment protocols.
• Provideongoing support and educationto patients throughout their wellness journey.
• Learn to administervitamin and wellness injections(e.g., B12, MIC, NAD+) and assist with IV therapy as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and medical board standards.
• Practice Integration ~
• Collaborate with dermatologists, estheticians, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Participate inteam training, periodic case reviews, and continuing education.
• Contribute to patient engagement efforts includingfollow-ups, satisfaction tracking, and optional social media presence

Qualifications

Active and unrestrictedRN, NP, or PA licensein Tennessee.

Minimum23 years of experiencein aesthetic medicine, including injectables.

Demonstrated experience with wellness protocols, including GLP-1 therapies and/or capacity to learn and grow in this area.

Strong understanding offacial anatomy, skin health, and aesthetic balance.

Exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.

Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation.

Self-directed, reliable, and committed to excellence in patient care.

Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and collegial orientation.

Preferred Attributes

Prior experience in adermatology or plastic surgery setting.

Familiarity withlaser treatments, PRP, and the latest aesthetic skincare innovations and technologies.
