- Position: Service Advisor at Max Motors Dealerships
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate with customers to determine their needs and provide recommendations for services
- Prepare and explain service estimates to customers, ensuring transparency and accuracy
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workload
- Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicle and answer any questions they may have
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service to our customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in computer systems and software
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and basic mechanical skills is an asset
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
