Job Description
Deal Processor is responsible for reviewing, processing, and managing a high volume of deals in a timely and accurate manner. They will work closely with sales teams, clients, and other departments to ensure that deals are processed smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.

The Accounting Department is open during the following hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deal Processing: Process and validate all incoming deals from the sales team, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Data Entry: Enter deal details into the system and update all related documentation, including contracts, pricing, and terms.
- Documentation Review: Review deal documents for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordination: Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to resolve any deal-related issues and ensure smooth processing.
- Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients to address any deal-related queries or concerns.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on deal status, volume, and performance for internal review.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and address any discrepancies, errors, or missing information in deals.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline deal processing and increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
We're seeking a superstar who brings:
- A High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a deal processing, administrative, or operations role (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM or deal management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience with contract management or financial documentation is a plus.
