Shipping Solutions Associate - Entry Level + Training

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excited to be part of a fun, fast-growing company? Etail Rocket is looking for a Shipping Solutions Associate to support our office and warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of critical shipping workflows, work with great people, and gain valuable experience in the e-commerce and logistics space.

We operate a dynamic consumer warehouse, fulfilling online orders from platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify. As Shipping Solutions Manager, you’ll be at the core of our fulfillment operations—working primarily behind a desk using shipping and inventory software to manage daily order workflows, but also supporting broader warehouse and logistics efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Order & Label Management

  • Print shipping labels using our shipping software

  • Organize and distribute printed orders to the fulfillment team

  • Create and ship replacement orders for customer service issues

• Software Operations

  • Learn and manage our shipping, inventory, and task management systems

  • Improve workflow efficiency through better use of shipping tools

  • Log inbound inventory and customer returns

• Vendor & Carrier Coordination

  • Place orders for fulfillment and office supplies

  • Arrange pickups/drop-offs with shipping carriers

  • Coordinate with customs brokers for international shipments

• Fulfillment Support

  • Assist physically with packing/shipping

  • Troubleshoot customer order issues with the support team

  • Help improve our packaging solutions and warehouse processes

What You’ll Learn

• Ability and Willingness to step-in and help with physical fulfillment when needed

Experience in shipping or fulfillment software is a plus—but not required. We’ll provide hands-on training to get you up to speed.
