Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to the production of Fiberglass Rebar. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform various individual tasks such as measuring and mixing resin, carrying and moving individual fiberglass bobbins and counting and bundling material
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to OSHA safety standards at all times.
• Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Build pallets and prepare shipments for pickup as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical knowledge or experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
